My licence key is not activating — what do I do?
Make sure you are on https:// (not http://) and that you are not in Private/Incognito browsing mode. Copy the key exactly as given — no extra spaces. If it still fails, contact us on WhatsApp with your key and we will sort it out.
Can I use InvoKit Pro on multiple devices?
Yes — your licence key can activate the app on any of your devices. Data is stored locally on each device and does not sync automatically. Use Settings → Export Backup on one device, then Import Backup on the other to transfer your data.
Will I lose my data if I clear my browser?
Yes — clearing browser data removes your InvoKit data too. Always export a backup first from Settings → Export Backup (JSON). Restore it any time using the Import Backup button.
Does InvoKit Pro work without internet?
Yes — after your first visit the app works fully offline. Your data never leaves your device. Internet is only needed for the initial load and app updates. Note: PDF export uses a higher-quality method when online; an offline fallback (Print to PDF) is always available.
How do I install InvoKit Pro as an app on my phone?
Android: Open in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu → Add to Home Screen.
iPhone: Open in Safari, tap the Share button → Add to Home Screen.

Is this a subscription or one-time payment?
InvoKit Pro offers two plans — Annual (£25/yr), which renews each year and includes all updates for the duration of your subscription, and Lifetime (£60), a single one-time payment that gives you permanent access with all future updates included at no extra cost.
How do I download my invoice as a PDF?
Open the invoice in the editor, then click the Export PDF button in the top toolbar. If you are online, a high-quality PDF downloads directly. If offline, your browser's Print dialog opens — choose Save as PDF as the destination.
How do I update my business name, logo or bank details?
Go to Settings from the sidebar. Your business name, tagline, address, phone, email, registration number, logo and bank details are all managed there. Changes apply to all new invoices immediately.
Which currencies does InvoKit Pro support?
InvoKit Pro supports GBP (£), USD ($), EUR (€), NGN (₦), GHS (₵), KES (KSh), ZAR (R), CAD (CA$) and AUD (A$). You can set your default currency in Settings and choose a different currency per invoice if needed.
Can I customise the invoice template and colours?
Yes — inside the invoice editor, expand the Logo & Theme section to choose from four professional layouts (Classic, Split, Premium, Corporate) and customise the primary and accent colours to match your brand.
